Shari Sparling - President

Over the past few years, Shari attended several fund raising events for Children's Hospital and was greatly inspired by the children and their families, as well as Children's mission to give back to the community. With each event she attended, her enthusiasm to be an active supporter of Children’s strengthened, inspiring her to form the Circle of Hope Guild. Forming the Guild and serving as the Guild’s President has enabled Shari to fulfill her passion to make a difference for children while supporting the Hospital's ambition to provide uncompensated care. In addition to her volunteering efforts, Shari is married, raising two sons and working part-time as a Business Analyst for McKinstry Co.

Wade Bodlovic - Vice President

The course of Wade’s personal and professional life has truly been a spiritual walk. Wade has applied the principles of loving your neighbor as yourself. This has allowed him to care for others and give back to the community when opportunities present themselves. When approached about joining the Circle of Hope Guild, Wade was immediately intrigued as it gave him an opportunity to help the children of our community and expand his horizons. As Wade continues on his journey in life, he approaches the opportunity to be the Guild’s Vice President keeping in mind the most meaningful goal: to serve and bless others. Being a member of Circle of Hope provides Wade the chance to apply these principles to his everyday life, in addition to helping the lives of countless children in the process.

Through the years, Kym has visited Seattle Children's Hospital and was touched by both the staff and children at this amazing hospital. Her heart was deeply affected and she welcomed the opportunity to be the Treasurer for Circle of Hope. This role allows Kym the chance to give back to this incredible hospital that is dedicated to providing top-quality care for their courageous patients. Kym is passionate about giving hope to the current and future families at Children’s.

Katrina Helman - Secretary

From a young age, Katrina watched her parents give back to the community in numerous ways and felt inspired to do the same. Through volunteerism with the Ronald McDonald House, Junior League of Los Angeles, and several other organizations, Katrina has learned that she finds the most joy in bringing joy to others. She is proud to be a second generation Children's Hospital guild member. It is her hope that her passion for giving will bring excitement to the Guild and together we can make a difference and impact the lives of patients at Children's Hospital.

Megan Keller - Membership Chairman

After loosing her father to cancer, Megan was inspired to participate in Leukemia & Lympoma Society's Team in Training where her enthusiasm for raising money and awareness for patients and families alike continued to grow. For her, joining the Circle of Hope Guild in 2010 just seemed like a natural fit. Understanding the strain that cancer can place on a family, she is proud to be part of a guild that dedicates themselves to making that experience easier through the uncompensated care program at Seattle Children's Hospital. Her fellow guild members, as well as the children and families at Children's, continue to inspire her to make a positive impact in the community. Megan is the owner and lead designer of the event planning company, A Kurant Event. She lives in downtown Seattle with her boyfriend, Aaron.
